Can I pre-order the items that are currently out of stock?
YES~!! You can place a pre-order for all items. However, the products in ‘Now Stock’ are going to be delivered right after the payment is completed. If you are going to order over $3,000, contact us WhatsApp.
Why is the item price that I received price through WhatsApp and Email different from the one on the website now?
We have a membership grade, so the price can be difference to the diffrent parties. Moreover, we continuously reflects the exchange rate on the order date.
Can I cancel or change my order after submission?
Unfortunately, You CANNOT cancel or change order after the payment is completed. But I would like to help you, so please contact me within 24 hours after the order placed.
What is Box Qty?
Box Quantity (Box qty) indicates the
number of a product packed in a manufacturer's box.
(Retail) You can buy 1 piece.
(Wholesale) You can only buy Box unit.
What is the minimum qty/amount requirement forwholesale?
(Retail) No MOQ or MOA
(Wholesale) MOA $3,000

How long does it take to process my order?
(Retail) Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen customs delays.
(Wholesale) After the order submission, your sales representative will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. After confirming the proforma invoice, we will start packing upon the receipt of your payment.

Can I pay with KRW?
(Retail) Sorry, we can only accept USD.
(Wholesale) Yes, you can transfer KRW, USD, EUR, JPN, CHN to my bank account.
How do I make the payment?
(Retail) You may use Bank Transfer or Paypal. Paypal commission fee will be added on top of your total order amount *4.4%(As of 2025). Paypal commission fee is subject to any changes made by Paypal.
(Wholesale) Only Bank Transfer is acceptable due to commission. And my bank account is like below.

For Wholesale, how much deposit is required?
(Wholesale) We are asking 50% deposit for the deal as long as the deal is B2B.
Shipping
How can I deliver the goodsfrom MUCOS warehouse?
Basically, you are supposed to handle delivery and can choose your own shipping partner.
However, we can support with our logistic partner, and we recommend you to compare the freight with all logistic partners to get the lowest cost.
How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on the country where the package is shipped to and what forwarder you will be using. Please contact us through WhatsApp for more information.
Can you put my order on hold for a while?
(Retail) Confirmed orders must be shipped within 2 weeks.
(Wholesale) Yes, we can hold your goods up to 30 days in my warehouse after we received the goods from the brand.
If it takes more than 30days, the storing charge will be added $10 per day.
Do you deal with the import customs clearance?
(Retail) You might need your personal custom number if your country ask it for.
(Wholesale) Buyers are required to check the import customs policy of buyer’s countries before proceeding with their orders. MUCOS will not be held responsible for issues that occur regarding the customs clearance. If the parcels return back to our warehouse, you have to pay the shipping fee and a handling fee that occur. Product payments are non-refundable. Please check customs procedures before placing your order
What incoterms do you use?
FCA : MUCOS delivers goods to the buyer's chosen carrier and handles export customs, while the buyer arranges and pays for main shipping.
MUCOS delivers goods to Korean port and clears Korean export customs
Buyer arrange and pay for the shipping company to bring goods to buyer’s country. Buyers handle customs clearance when

I have made my payment. When can you ship my order?
International Funds Transfer may take 1-2 days. Once your payment comes through, we will be able to arrange the date for the shipment.

We have 3 warehouses in the US and in Republic of Korea.

Return or Refund
How can I deliver the goods from MUCOS warehouse?
(Wholesale) In case of receiving defective goods, we take photos or videos of the items and contact you immediately through WhatsApp. We will report to you to proceed with the logistic.
If the product is damaged or does not match the quantity upon final arrival, you must notify us within 3 hours of arrival at the destination. We are not responsible for any damage or destruction that occurs after 3 hours of arrival at the destination.
If you received faulty products, we will
report to the suppliers/manufacturers and help you file a claim.
Please do not dispose the items until
further notice.

Once you proceed with your payment, it can't be refunded.

Can I order items that are notlisted on MUCOS?
Yes, You can request new items that are currently not on MUCOS website. We will source the brand and report you with the result whether we can supply or not in 7 days.
How long does it take MUCOS to restock items?
It normally takes approximately 1-2 weeks, however, lead time may vary depending on brands.
